Ray Takigiku, PhD – President and CEO
Previously was Director of Discovery Core Technologies, Analytical and Bioanalytical for Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, and also Interim co-Director of the Genome Research Institute of the College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati. At P&G, he led development and implementation of new technologies to discover, and develop novel drugs. He also managed the global analytical and bioanalytical functions in support of preclinical, clinical drug development, and market support activities. He has more than 18-year industry experience in drug discovery and development within a large pharmaceutical company setting. Dr. Takigiku participated in the filing of several INDs and multiple NDAs, ANDAs, and sNDAs. Dr. Takigiku received his BA from University of Colorado, and Ph.D. from Indiana University.

Paul Correa, PhD - Senior VP
Previously was Research Fellow at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. He has >20 years experience in medicinal chemistry, bio- and chem-informatics, protein modeling/engineering and research management. Dr. Correa received his BA in Chemistry (1977) from Lake Forest College and his MS (1979) and PhD (1981) in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University.

Kevin Xu, MD, PhD, MBA – VP of Global Operations
Previously was Senior Research Scientist at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. He has 11-year experience in clinical medicine, biomedical research and drug R&D. Dr. Xu received his medical training from the Medical College of Peking University, China, and his Ph.D. in Biomedical Science (Tumor Biology) from the Mayo Graduate School of the Mayo Clinic, Minnesota. He has an M.B.A. from Xavier University, Ohio.
