Bexion Pharmaceuticals is a start-up company focused on the development of cures for cancer. The Company has a first-in-class biologic product with data-driven potential for treatment of a broad range of human cancers. Specifically, the company is interested in first entering the clinic with a glioma cancer indication, possibly simultaneously with a leukemia or pancreatic cancer indication. The active biologic is expressed human Saposin C (SapC) bound to a liposomal formulation of the anionic phospholipid, dioleoylphosphatidylserine (DOPS) - SapC-DOPS.
